I was using the i6 with a 10 channel mod firmware, this is a better radio. The firmware is better and has more features. I always liked this transmitter's in hand feel. Its smaller and lighter than typical but is every bit as powerful as my others. 8 ch on ppm is sweet. It can run sbus but is better to use sbus inverter in betaflight cli. The only issues, the sticks can be stiff and very sensitive, I have found dead spots in reception, of 3 the back light stopped working in one.
