It charges up instantly and it will run a 12 volt fan for about a minute on its own. Charger to 16.2 volts, then let sit with no load. 50 days later voltage measured 13.4 V

Protection circuits work as expected, leakage current is low, but the capacity ranges from 343 - 358 Farad and not the advertised 500 Farad

my order arrived after 15 days from hongkong. thats good considering its free delivery. the pack look ok but could improve. i ordered two packs of these. when it arrived it has a 1.2v charge per pack. one pack is slightly higher than the other. unfortunately one of the capacitors has a dent on it. probably its handling before it was packed for delivery. the reason i say is because the packing is quite good as it is wrapped in a think foam insulation with sticky tapea around it. although it has dent it seems ok when it comea to functionality. one capacitor also in the other pack seems to hold a lesser voltage. i suspect it is not a good one and tend to drain the voltage if other four caps. i charged each pack with li-ion which is 3.7v and seem to charge quick. then i measured after it reaches the source voltage. it tenda to hold the voltage at 3.7 for a while but slowly drains. the other pack drains faster than the other. this quick draining pack is the one that has a cap that has a less voltage held upon arrival i guess is drains the entire pack. i will try to increase the charge to 13.6v and observe again. i plan to use this in my hyundai getz and see how useful it is. i will update this review when i got data.
