connected unit to my solar panel/battery setup and it started and worked ok.... I only tested it on my 27inch IMac computer but it run it without problem. I brought the unit in case of blackout or winter power cuts just to run lights and a TV..... seems to work well for what I tested it on but have serious doubts about it being able to output 3000watts of power , I think 1500watts would be closer to the mark , but having brought a lot of chinese made goods in the past I knew it would only do about half what the label says but i'm ok with that as it will do what I require.
