These buds are good, but not excellent. They do not have Noise cancelling facility. Just basic buds. Just ok to connect to the phone for phone calls. But these buds do not have much advance features like spatial sound and bass adjustments via android app. These are like any other ear buds. I use SoundCore Liberty 4 buds which have much more features like heart rate monitoring and stress and HRV calculations along with Noise cancellation and spatial sound adjustment.
