You will need tools from Cypress - CY3684Setup.exe and Cypress Suite USB 3.4.7 (free registration needed). Install CY3684Setup.exe, and in install folder are drivers, which must be manually installed (Tested on Windows 10 64bit). In device manager on "Unknown device" select manual install, from disk, select cyusb3.inf from Win8.1/x64 folder and then manually choose "Cypress FX2LP No EEPROM device". Then start CyConsole from Cypress Suite USB, choose Options, EZ-USB Interface and then You can Download HEX to RAM. If You want upload software to EEPROM, first remove jumper J1, power on board, then insert J1 and select "Lg EEPROM" and select IIC file instead of HEX.
