Engraver really does it job, its compatible with lightburn, just needs drivers to be installed prior to usage. When I opened the box, I saw that added plywood and metal plates were shifter from their places. Also, one tamper switch lost it's metal lever. It was lost in the box, I found it and inserted back. Apart from that, I am very happy and excited with this product.
