The tires are solid, not tubeless, so shock absorption is practically non-existent. My knee and ankle joints start to hurt with prolonged use. On the other hand, at least I'm protected from punctures, the wheel never goes flat tyre. No mobile app, which is a disappointment. Every time I turn it on the scooter, the built-in bluetooth speaker shouts loudly that I can connect my bluetooth device. This is rather annoying so I disconnected the speakers physically, I wouldn't use it anyway. Another thing I think is dangerous and I can't even turn it off is cruise control. It automatically maintains speed after a few seconds of pressing the accelerator, this can cause dangerous driving situations if I'm not paying attention. Pressing the brake or the throttle again stops the automatic throttle. The weight is heavier than I expected. I was expecting a 15kg lightweight scooter, weighed 21kg, not good but not bad. Stability is ok. Acceleration could be better, a bit slow. Delivery time 3 months and 9 days, and a lot of emails with customer service, who could not give any meaningful information, only patience and apologies.
