Since the rowing force was specified at 300N, which is practically unique, I ordered the device. I wasn't disappointed. Assembly was easy (almost too much tape! :-)). My old rowing machine was set to maximum resistance. Now I'm on level 11, so there's still room for improvement. It looks quite "high-quality." The seat is a bit louder than on my old machine, and the creaking (from the strap to the handle) is a little annoying when watching TV. (I'll have to figure something out.) Nevertheless, the specified rowing force and the reasonable price justify 5 stars for me! Update: After 200,000 strokes, the aforementioned creaking has disappeared. Since I'm now using a mat, the wear from the wheels (which are still holding up) and the stains are no longer a problem. I just vacuum them up.
