The materials are of great quality. Once you get past the speed restrictions, you'll be glad you did buy it. When the bike is in stock and in the warehouse, it took about a week to be delivered. However, I wasn't so lucky with this one; it took about a month and a half. The support was really helpful during the whole time and prioritized delivery for me as soon as it was back in stock. The packaging is excellent; even though the box sustained some damage, the bike remained untouched. Keep in mind that the bike is foldable and can fit in a car, but it's very heavy—35kg by itself and 40kg in the box. You should definitely ask for help when it's delivered.
