Ordering was quick; Delivery tracking was prompt and the product was delivered before ETA. Product (ET481 model) was in good shape with OK packing. IT worked when started, installations was quick and easy. All sensor seemed to work OK, but noticed that "Sleep Data" was not being captured so tried couple of settings and change switches but did not work. Did factory Reset and now it has started to work. So far it is working OK There is no mention of the manufacturer' company name and there is no support contact or any blog where issues faced can be discussed and resolved
