Firstly, this was one part of a larger order of other items. All items were taped and packaged very well together and arrived secure, safe and very quickly.. Comes in a solid black plastic storage case. This is made of all metal and appears very robust. I had a different brand previously of a similar design but the tabs for locating the handle holes were plastic with metal bushes. It worked brilliantly and did a huge amount of work until the drill bit jammed in the bush and melted the plastic and ripped the bush out. I could have fixed it but I prefer to use and maintain tools I can trust, I will give this one a go.
