Took 27 days to arrive with GLS. Got no tax charges (NL). The product was in semi-excellent condition - some scratches on the red metal parts and some of the circular rings to drill in. Acceptable. - packaging was not damaged, but internally all parts were on the loose scratching everything during transport. Acceptable. - all parts seemed to be present. Excellent. - very robust product. What I was missing: the manual. At least put in some packaging list or a printed manual (or a QR code to an online manual for that matter). Would save a lot of time for first time users.
