O produto chegou com 43 dias úteis, foi dado como não encontrado no fluxo postal entre Cajamar-SP e Várzea Grande-MT. depois que fiz uma reclamação, ele saiu para entrega. O mesmo estava com a caixinha branca violada e o saquinho onde vem o cabo USB tbm estava aberto. Não sei o que realmente aconteceu. porém, o produto é de ótima qualidade. Já ia esquecendo, não veio o óleo de lubrificar ela.
