packing was not very good but despite that all the bits were there and the tool works very well and has a good build quality. The chain is finer than a normal chainsaw chain and presumably requires a smaller diameter sharpening file than anything i already have. The screwdriver that is supplied for chain tensioning is a little too big. I would suggest some silicon spray for lubrication rather than normal chainsaw oil. Overall, i love this tool. Thanks.
