Hi I received my 17mm drill bit though it was delayed over one month due to a mix up in the original order. I ordered 5 drill as follows on the 2/1/2020. 1@ 14mm, 1@ 15mm, 1@ 16mm, 1@ 17mm, 1@ 18mm. Initially I received these on the 17/1/2020, 1 @ 14mm, 1 @ 15mm, 2 @ 16mm, 1 @ 18mm. After multiple emails to explain my problem the missing 17mm drill bit was sent ( approved for sending) on the 22/1/2020. Received today 19/2/2020. For some reason the second deliver took much longer to arrive than the 1st. A little disappointing for my 1st time doing business with Bangood but I am at least happy that Bangood made good the missing item. I plan to shop with Bangood again. Cheers Bruce
