first impressions: it looks very well manufactured. attaching to an office chair is simple but the promised European plug is missing; this one seems to be USA compatible. a universal plug helped out and this electric chair warmer seems to function perfectly. of course it's impossible yet to say how durable it'll turn out to be, but for the moment i'm quite happy with it.
