Deceptive ad. It sounds like a complete package but when it arrives it is a chain and an electric adapter. When you look back at your order info it shows as option 1 for the 2 pieces. The ad didn't mention smaller options. I have seen at least 4 other similar complaints.

The batteries were partially charged, the assembled saw cut normally, but after several minutes the working batteries were discharged one after the other. After 3 hours of charging, each battery was only charged up to 20.5V. Also, it feels like a 6" full chain length needs a more powerful engine than a 4". Although lubrication is not provided, it is important to remember to lubricate the chain regularly and check its tension. Anyway, everything works more or less as described. I recommend it to everyone!

All I received was a chain and plug no saw or anything else. What happened to the 24v cordless saw the chain runs on. And the cable to charge it with.

Va muy bien para poda de pequeñas ramas y algunas no tan pequeñas, la verdad tiene mucha potencia y lo recomiendo.

It came VERY fast. Batteries almost full as per picture. The label on the batteries is somehow misleading as they are 20V when fully charged (see the picture). Tried how it works on several hardwood sticks. It cuts good for me. The batteries do not last very long but they are obviously very small and it is to be expected. Overall, I am happy.
