The product arrived in its original box that was damaged a lot which is understandable because it is not designed to be shipped by itself and just in a bag. Also the box was very dusty so maybe it has sit in a warehouse for a long time. Otherwise the shipping was very fast and the product itself wasnt damaged. Now about the product. it is on the cheaper side however that doesnt mean it is bad. It works fine and it is more than suitable for my streaming needs.. The arm is nice but requires a lot of space. If you are looking for good and not that expensive LED Lamp then this is definitely a good option!
