The package arrived really quick, great delivery time! Undortunately the box was broken (what I could not see from the outside due to the outer package/envelope). The outer package (thin plastic bag) did not properly protect the products box. However, the product itself seems to work fine. Can not really rate customer service since I did not use it so far.
