Petite radio sympa facile à monter ! quelques problèmes cependant: le montage des haut-parleurs est tres approximatif : j'ai été obligé de les coller a l'araldite pour éviter les vibrations! le chargeur d'accu a la prise USA, obligé de le monter dans un boitier avec norme Européenne. Si on met un accu dans le boitier il ne faut plus utiliser le cordon USB sinon risque de destruction de l'accu: pas de régulation de charge! Enfin pour améliorer le son (plus de basses) j'ai rempli la boite de mousse plastique...

Not a bad looking kit, easy to put together, but a couple of very bad problems. How have others managed to get the speakers to fit properly? With mine, once the speakers are fitted (I had to lock them in place with Hot Glue) there is insufficient room for them. The back of the speaker hits the motherboard on both sides and there's nothing you can do about it apart from having the chrome pieces jutting out each side. As the case only goes together one way, there's no wriggle room. Have I been given the wrong speakers? The second problem is the battery, which one to use? I thought of hard wiring a phone battery, but the ones I have use three wires, one for the charging circuit. One other minor problem is the headphone output, the socket is provided, it's the 3.5mm type, the same as the input socket, but where do you derive the headphone output from the motherboard? I can do without the headphone socket and the battery at a pinch, but those speaker grills not sitting flush really bugs me. Or am I get senile and missing something obvious? It's a shame, the kit itself is a good idea and handy for the bedside table, but just a couple of problems make's it lose that appeal which most DIY kits give. I'm also guessing any newbie to kits would have problems without some sort of manual. Why does BangGood do this? a good kit which up and coming techs could have a lot of fun building, but no manual makes things awkward for them. Somebody obviously spent a lot of time and effort into making the kit, so the lack of a manual will make possible buyers look elsewhere.
