Instructions appear to be written for a one relay device. Using the learning button and proceeding with. buttons A, B, C, D did not allocate them to to the relays in the same order. e.g. Pressing remote keyfob "A" activated the third relay (from my orientation) from the left rather than the first. Also, there are no individual LED lights for each relay so you have to use a ohms meter on the N.O. contacts of each relay to discover which had activated. You need to do this one at a time because you can get confused if you had activated a different relay while searching the N.O. contacts of the button of interest. I placed small labels on each relay to write the letter of the associated keyfob button that was pressed. Since I was switching mains a.c. voltages I couldn't use LEDs on the N.C. contacts to indicate the state of the relay. Otherwise it operated ok and kept it's memory after power down reset.
