the version I receievd has some additional componenents in comparision to the picture. So it gives both + and - in respect to ground. The output voltahe can be adjusted to over +400V (and -400V) but the capacitors are rated for 400V so it is safe adjust not above 375V. The stability is good. Loaded with a 230V 15W lamp the voltage drops some volts in respect to idle. I use this supply to measure the curves of radio tubes.
