I bought 2 of them, both working fine connected to arduino and mini OLED screen also from Banggood, when using 2 INA219 just solder one of the jumpers in back of PCB to change I2C address and declare a second ina219 in your source code and use the secondary I2C addr as .begin() parameter : Adafruit_INA219 ina219; Adafruit_INA219 ina219_secondary; void setup() { ina219.begin(); // default mean 0x40 ina219_secondary.begin(0x41); ... ... ...

matches description and works like a charm. Only "problem" is the screws : they are pretty small so be prepared before using it
