Was really excited when I purchased this magnetic health bracelet. However, I've been wearing it every day for a few weeks and haven't experienced any increase nor decrease in health. There is no manual for this bracelet. To shorten the length you will need to remove one of the retaining pins between the links, remove the number of links required, then re-attached the links for a comfortable fit. You will need to use the end of a sewing needle/pin or check with local jeweler/store and ask if they will adjust for you (they have a special wrist watch tool that removes the retaining pins very easily).

Possibly there is not only Titanum but a mix of Titanum and Steal. I ordered it for under 10 Euro.
