Faulty units sold to clients, when trying to contact Baojie there is no support nor no reply to any messages. I bought 2 units and when programming with there BJ-218 programming software and you power it off and on it says BJ9900 and all settings are lost. So my personal opinion is bad regarding customer after sales service. Also the mic plug always comes out when using the mic and I had to glue gun mine to the unit.
