This jacket is wonderful! I ordered a size medium, and it fits true to size, if slightly on the snug side. Which for a heated jacket, is preferrable as it allows you to feel the heat more easily. The jacket fill material is warm yet light - which is important as the heating elements and battery already add to the weight. The jacket shell is high quality and waterproof, yet still breathable. The shell material is thick and wont easily tear, which is an issue I had in a comparable jacket. The final highlight of the jacket design is the hood. You'll note the neck closure comes up high and top of the hood has a brim to keep water and wind off your face. Regarding the heating system, I was pleasantly surprised. The battery comes partially charged and sits in a built in pocket in the bottom/back of the jacket. Once plugged in, it is controlled by three buttons on the chest (see pic). Pushing each of the buttons activates that heating area, and you can cycle through low, medium and high levels of heat. In my testing of this (40 degree weather in Ohio), the low level provided plenty of heat to be comfortable. Overall, given the quality of the shell and fill, the reinforced zippers, the addition of the neck and hood design and zippered arm pockets, as well as the heating element power, this jacket was a wonderful purchase.

I like the three different temps too, in case full blast is too much. The power bank holds enough juice to keep you warm for a while. I don't know how long it takes to heat up because I didn't time it, but I don't think it took a large amount of time to charge it up. The quality of this is nice and looks nice too.
