It is OK and works if You program it with ISP method. I got no response when trying USB cable upload. Unfortunately I found no working way to program/upload it with Arduino IDE. Several board managers/drivers tried. Also Zadig driver installer. Arduino IDE uppload via ISP programmers may work after some tweaking, but for now avrdude complains AVRISPmkII not connected/found and USBASP clone has incorrect ID. The way I got it working was with AVRISPmkII programmer and Atmel studio 7.0. Just be prepared it wants 5-10GB of harddisk space.
