This product looks nice and is perfectly working. But : 1) This product does not have any fuse ! This can be a high security issue (it is the reason I have only put 3 stars for Quality). See picture. 2) Be warned that 220VAC is also present at the front panel. It is written on the panel circuit board and you can also find it into description picture. You might be very careful if handling under power (it is always recommended to disconnect from main power before any manipulation). An isolated protection would be appreciated. The adding of a fuse holder with a 5x20mm 220VAC 20A Fast blow fuse will be a security plus (I have done it for myself). Notice that the display shows the percentage of the regulated output : 0 to 100% Anyways, it works as describe. I did not test up to 4000W, but up to 100W give me satisfaction. Seams to be a good value for money, but have to consider the security aspect. Hope this can help and improve products.
