Having a basic astronomical background I have to say the quality of the glass is very satisfying. Haven't measured the magnification with my telescope but 80x seems kinda random and exaggerated. Nevertheless, during a full moon I was able to clearly distinguish the moon's mares and the major craters. The adapter is a also very useful, mediocre plastic quality that someday will break the knob, but for now I can attach it to my Mi Note 10 lite and take some nice pics that I uploaded. Lastly but very important, the tripod is beyond trash. It's almost embarrassing. You need to use another typical DSLR tripod, they share the same screws so the monocle is a recommended product.

Just got this today. It was much smaller than I expected. I'd owned a spotting scope a couple decades ago and had that in mind. So, surprised but not disappointed. Out of the box, it has a solid feel to it. Fits my hand good, allowing me to hold it to my eye and focus with one hand. It took a couple seconds to understand how the phone mount works, but I did and it's solid, too. The only drawback to me is the tripod. It's so tiny it seems pretty ineffectual. Not that I was concerned, I have several tripods for video cameras and DSLRs. But is the thread the same for the tiny tripod and my grown-up tripods? Thankfully yes. You won't be taking pictures of Saturn's rings any time soon with this scope, but you'll be able to do some bird watching, wildlife watching, and the like. I've attached two pictures, one with the scope and one without the scope. The one with the scope, I also did the digital zoom on my phone. Otherwise, you get a circle picture that takes up about a third of your phone's screen. I like this little scope. It's got a clear view and feels solid. Don't regret buying it. Would recommend if you want a little more telephoto power and/or you like to bird watch.

It looks great and clear, but it doesn't have magnification x80, maybe only 10. just like another one I have 10x25. and this displeases me, because I wanted more, 80x magnification. as you say
