They are over rated. they could not handle 90C temperature (rated for 105C). they may not be rated for 63V either or they are not 10000uf. I am using them as filter capacitor in a subwoofers power supply. Had to replace some old 10000uf/50v capacitors. I replaced these capacitors 4 times already. They work for about a week or so and then just explode out of heat or some other reason leaving a big wax (the dielectric material) mess inside the woofer box. Get a name brand that will have reliable specification.
