This iron doesn't work at all. Received it and put on 220V not warming up. From 3 irons ordered 2 are defect. Contacted Banggood they exige a video proving it is not working. How silly. How can you show on video someting not happening. As the iron doesn't warm up it shows logically nothing. Attention when the item is not working Banggood won't believe you and asking stupid things to discourage you. Other thing they ask a video but their site doesn't accept files greater than 2 Mo. Video 2 Mo today is lesser than 2 seconds long. Send a photo but not good for Banggood. Banggod is good as long everything ok but they buy their items from manufacturers without quality tests for their items.

Order arrived in 13 days, so within the time quoted. Iron itself is of good quality for the very low price. Correct UK plug wired on, AND came with an adapter. Obviously the adapter was not needed but a nice little freebie. Packaging was a bit on the light side.
