rust spots, weld marks, dents in metal tubes, rough paint work. cheap metal frame put together with stainless steel bolts. all 4 feet height adjustable seat pad is firm, secured with screws from below Mid Range hooks are plastic and slide across two tube poles shoe rack only has two poles in the middle of the perimeter metal frame, large gaps for shoes to fall through, instruction sheet shows more poles which I found hilarious I'm using mine, the defects aren't great but don't look too closely. if this product was anywhere else with matching dimensions I'd be looking there

Could not be more disappointed. Package arrived in a very poor state and well after the scheduled delivery date. The product is of very poor quality and was heavily scratched and dirty on removing it from the packaging. What arrived was also different to what was advertised. I'll not be ordering anything from this company again.
