purchased this item. it arrived promptly, exactly as described, and it works excellent. very easy to connect and now I'm to enjoy sodastream drinks without worrying that I'll run out of gas with the tiny cartridges. oh yeah, and it was a fraction of the cost of other sellers on the interweb. couldn't be more pleased.

Received in good condition, unfortunately the thread type is type 1 and it should have been type 2 for SouthAfrica.

Very high quality acessory. Fits well in standard CO2 6kg high pressure steel bottle. However for low consumption ( domestic use) it is easier to buy dry ice to add inside sodastream 1/2 pound bottle.

I screwed this into my SodaStream and connected the other end to the 10 pound bottle of CO2 that I bought at my local welding store. It worked immediately. I'm pretty pleased.
