Item arrived in mint condition, which is, to be honest, not really that great. It has quite a few optical flaws, especially around the gear badge and the bottom hole. Not really nice, but acceptable for the price. As majlo666 mentioned, the smell of cheap plastic is horrible and stays in the shift knob even after several days outside in fresh air. Lastly, it doesn't fit my '94 E36 Compact because it is way too long, which makes it almost useless for me. Maybe it can be adapted, but that's not what you want to do if the item is said to fit. You get what you pay for, I guess.

I installed it to compare with my regular e30 shift knob. This shift knob has different angles than the original e30 (it feels different when you use it compared to the standard). But it fits fine. What I do not like is the smell of the material. It is smelling - like cheap rubber used 10 years ago, or in low quality products, also if you are holding it the smell stays also on your hand.
