Item arrived damaged. The shield mounting screw and captive nut pushed into the motor body where they rattled around. I took it apart and repaired it. Both batteries are faulty, no connection between the charge port and the battery positive. Full details of the diagnosis process and results were attached with photos of the battery. The replacement process appears to be deliberately difficult. The response is hidden within my account without any notification that it was there. I was made aware with an Email telling me the "ticket" would be canceled if I did not respond but did not tell me how to find the response. When I eventually found it, I was asked for a YouTube video showing the fault and a photo of the SKU that must have been part of the order details. I do not have the means or knowledge of how to create a YouTube video. The resolution is still pending,
