Super fast delivery, received the parcel in only one week, much earlier than expected. It looks like a refurbished product. I brought 3 pcs of this power supply. I tested the 3 power supplies all worked OK. The measuring result with 120VAC input is as follow. Measured output voltage without loading: 11.9VDC-12VDC Measured output voltage with 12W LED light load: 11.3VDC-11.5VDC Measured output voltage with 24W LED light load: 11.0VDC-11.2VDC
