Input blue connector plus terminal was not connected to the black connector plus terminal. Added red wire for all 3 units (see photo) to restore connection.

Reliable small USB power module. Including a barrel jack adaptor for power in, if you don’t have a compatible power supply with that type. Now I’m ready for my next DIY project: A charging station for the kids. This little module should be able to handle 1 iPad and 3 iPhones (max 5A). Just make sure your power supply is too ;)
