Not very well packaged, just in ziplock bag withing a bigger poorly protected bag. A few bent fins. But overall a good product, for which I got a very good price.

Great heatsink for a lot of different projects. LED is just one thing. You can use it for power MOSFETs or transistors, Peltier coolers, power resistors...etc. The large surface allows to install appropriate cooling on it. If you use it with something that has high thermal output, you must add a fan!
