First this is a front lamp, led is white, whereas the picture show red tint due to charging light. This lamp is small an light, with decent amount of light. It's not the big multi cree XML lamp, but enough to see a or be seen at sunset/sunrise. Light pattern is not very wide, but spills allows good side visibility. Autonomy is around 3.5h at 25*C, but seems to vary (sometime around 2h), so must depend on temperature. Red led gives you 15min before shutdown warning, a little bit too short. Charging time is around 2h. Lamp get barely warm during charging. Construction is ok, molded silicon around electronic, but do not appears to be really waterproof. Switch is really sensitive so beware when packing it.
