the item came in 3 weeks so it was very fast. it is as advertised but I wish it was packaged better like on a box to protect it more. because it was place inside a bag then on the regular shipping bags. other than that the hair on the mannequin is a bit thin and sheds but I only bought it to practice braiding so it will be fine
