The description is a little misleading, QS-Zigbee-S04-2C-L is NOT a dimming switch -- it is only 2 gang on/off without level control or power measurement. On the other hand, addition to the network (in my case Samsung Smartthings, using the Zigbee Multi Switch device handler) was very easy and the device seems to be working well even with non-dimmable lights.
