The plastic wrap left marks or impressions on metal, but I used metal cleaner and it seemed to do the trick :) Can not beat the price for the quality . This is a real nice handpan that sounds great. I was a bit worried the sound wouldn't be too good -as I had not heard it in real life- but I must say I am very happy with it. The price is really good compared to other handpans. It was pack in really thick styrofoam, a cardboard box, wrapped in woven plastic sheet. It was equipped wit a tripod stand, 2 sticks, a piece of cloth and a real good carrying bag. Even the delivery was faster than predicted.

there are some spots that have some rust a pretty strong smell and what looks like mold on the drumsticks all should come off with some cleaning. sound is good some notes are a little quiet but otherwise a good product.
