It... works. But nowhere near the advertised power. The voltage drops very rapidly as load is applied and at times it was hard to get a phone to charge in full sunlight.

This product is awesome! It is rated at 20 Watts, but in the Midsummer Australian sunshine it provided me with 33 Watts. Here are my measurements: Short circuit current (Isc) 2.85 amps Battery voltage on charge: 2.55 amps Battrey current on charge: 13.00 Volts The product is very clean and neat, light and thin. It is ideal for easy fitting to a car windscreen to keep the battery on trickle charge throughout the day. This product provides outstanding value for money, and I have recommended it to my friends.
