This panel comes with a car 12V charging adaptor and clamps for direct charging a 12V battery. But there is no protection for overcharging the battery. The voltage is up to 20 V. Very use are 4 plastic succer naps for mounting behind a car windshield. The holes are too tight for mounting. Usefull is the 5V down converter. The size is good for biking and camping and fits perfect into a rucksack.

Robert Youneed a solar controller to connect to the panel and then you can adjust the output voltage, they are fairly cheap 5.00 to 10.00 depending on the amp. you want.
