I leave on automatic and under cupboards in kitchen as it gets darker at night comes on when I approach plenty time I've bought a few two larger ones and smaller ones for smaller cupboards, all work really well. As older ones begin to annoy these new ones are great can get kettle on and make tea or coffee. Really good not much money for a great product.
