The goods were checked in the RF workshop, and turned out to be capable of 1 Watt Maximum output by feeding 0dBm (1 milliwatt input), confirming the reliable almost uniform gain within the specified band (1-700MHz) of 30dB with linearity. We could not test it at higher power levels due to limitation of our Rf signal generator, whose output power level is limited to 0dBm (1 mW) max. Further investigation revealed that the module uses the following components with suggested power levels recommended by the manufacturer for reliable operation. RD01MUS1 (SMD CODE - K2) as the final stage rated for 520MHz, 1Watt SBA-5089Z-Sirenza. (SMD CODE - BA5Z) as the first driver stage. It may be possible to use this module at higher power levels, However we ourselves use the devices safely to half of their capacity for long term reliability for continuous operation. I am very happy to use them between 0.5 ~ 1.0 watts for our applications.... Very satisfied with the results, this will find use in various applications.

Before connecting, use silicone grease under the transistors. The maximum voltage is 12 V. The transistors operate in class A. At 12 V, the current is 0.45 A. 1.25 W output power, 27 dB power gain at f = 400 MHz.It will be good as a class B symmetric output stage driver. Delivery time was 60 days.

Good value... but can be modified to work better by reducing the bias current on the output stage. Resistor R6 needs to be reduced. Can use a small (10k) trimpot to make adjustable.

Powered up on 15.03 VDC as specified and transmitted. It fried in 10 seconds. I suggest using only 12.0 VDC NO MORE. Awaiting new order.

Haven't yet tried it...but all other things I ordered all worked fine. So no fear that this one won't work. And great quality for such a price. I use it for all kind of experiments.
