It took "a century" for the items to be delivered (a full month instead of 10 days) and more than 4 unnecessary communications with support because of these delays and with the item NOT having a tracking number! Nevertheless I received it today, seems OK and according to specification. The lesson learned: NEVER order with a method that leads to plain postage without tracking number!
