RF control is working good and is sufficient for my living room. Direct color selection keys are mixed up but that's not a big problem. Bought that controller for 2 x 50cm 5050 RGB LED strips at my TV. Current consumption of receiver/controller not specified! Take care when connecting to a 500mA USB port! I shot that USB port on my TV!

buttim I think you can reprogram the buttons to map different colors; check the manual. The controller itself is even hackable: ydiaeresis.wordpress.com/2020/04/18/reverse-engineering-a-led-strip-rf-remote-controller/
