Good toy to play with. What is called the focus, is not the focus or zoom, it is the magnification. Focus must be done by moving it closer of further from the object. The stand it comes with is not useful for this. I am looking for a holder with a dial to move it, so I can focus. True image size is 640 x 480 pixels or 0.3 mega pixel. The software that it comes with can make larger images, but it is just blowing up the 640x480 into a bigger image. You don't have to use the software, the camera app that comes with windows worked also. Their is a red button labeled ZOOM, it does nothing I can tell. The other red button is labeled SNAP and it will take a picture. Not useful, as it causes the camera to move. Better to snap it with the mouse on the computer. I would focus it by taping item to look at to a box, have camera face sideways, and gently move box or camera nearer or further away by rolling my finger on desk against one or the other. I plan to get a holder and try and find a higher pixel count microscope. It is fun to play with. Pictures are at max zoom of a leaf, wood match, and another leaf

Me llegó a los 62 días desde la compra a mi país ecuador Si ya lo estoy probando lo recibí esta todo o parece, lo pruebo con un celular funciona. ya estaré revizando la en la portátil y luego en la pc Subiré mis comentarios de como ayuda y puede ser util Hasta donde estoy usando con el celu va bien Le recomiendo el producto la calidad que tiene por el precio va compensado.

Ottimo in rapporto al prezzo, utilissimo per il modellismo ed elettronica, ma anche come uso educativo, la risoluzione è buona le immagini nitide, un pò d'attenzione x installare il software di calibrazione, ma nel complesso è facilissimo da usare. corredato del software driver e calibrazione, in + un utilissimo utensile per la calibrazione. la base è buona e permette di fissare agevolmente il microscopio in posizione, corredato anche di un adattatore per l'uso con lo smartphone. dispone anche di 2 pulsanti laterali 1 per lo zoom e l'altro per le foto o video. d'avvero un ottimo acquisto!

Muy buen producto, de fácil instalación y calibración. Se hizo prueba en un windows 8.1, calibrandolo al mínimo y a 05 cm de distancia se puede observar correctamente los compoenentes SMD de una tarjeta circuital.

Ich bin echt überrascht wie gut die Bilder sind für ein Mikroskop dieser Preisklasse. Bild 1 ist die berühmte Eule auf der 1 $ - Note bei höchster Vergrößerung, Bild 2 bei kleinster Vergrößerung. Und natürlich ist das Mikroskop prima geeignet um Morgellons zu jagen!!!1! Bild 3 auf meinem Finger, Bild 4 auf (in? *grusel*) der Tastatur ;-). Unter Windows 7 muss ich die Software als Administrator starten - sonst merkt sich die Software die Speicherorte nicht. Wie schon jemand geschrieben hat: es ist meist besser das Objekt zu bewegen als das Mikroskop.
