Nice and flat, much better that the plate that came with my Ender 3. Because of my experience with the warped plate, I was finding a little bit of overadhesion at first, but with a bit of experience, no longer get this. Bed Leveling is much easier now too. It's quite easy to bend it too much when taking off your builds, so don't do what I did and practically fold it in half.
